Friendly and very helpful. Gave me a good deal as a part exchange on a car I was going to scrap. I got over the scrap value and they collected it when they delivered my new car. My only reservation is they do not accept bank cards so it is more awkward doing a bank transfer. Don't let this put you off though as they give good deals and seem good guys.
