    The chaps at Digbeth Motor Sales were very helpful, knowledgeable, and in my experience supplying a good service. In summary the viewing of the vehicle and test drive was easily arranged, they were happy to leave you alone and inspect the vehicle, at your convenience. The vehicle I inspected was in great mechanical condition, with some minor body issues, which was exactly as described. Once I decided on the vehicle, they were happy to do a deal, and take my old knackered vehicle in P/X. Good guys, great service.

    I went to digbeth motor sales to oook at a Honda Civic type r gt and I must say it was in very good condition! The car stood out from the rest of the other Honda there was at digbeth motor sales as it was super clean and looked like it been looked after all it's life, it had! It had full Honda service history to math the perfect car! As for the owner I couldn't fault him, knew the ins and outs of the car and was a really nice chap to deal with. Would highly recommend buying a car here!

    We Made a phone call to the dealer to arrange a viewing and a test drive, the dealer refused us test drive unless we bought the car first. This left troubled and confused and we didn’t proceed with the viewing.

At that time, while we were happy to offer a viewing appointment, we explained that a test drive wouldn’t be possible due to the time and the nature of the vehicle, which is a high-value car requiring appropriate scheduling and preparation.     Avoid at all costs

    Avoid at all costs. Sold us a car with a faulty engine, engineers are suggesting it could’ve come from the scrapyard. They also incentivised us to opt out of warranty to get a price reduction, now it’s clear to see why.The engine warning light came on within days of owning the car and completely broke down within weeks, it would need a complete new engine. Contacted the owner who is trying to claim no liability.You’ll end up saving yourself a lot of time, effort and money by buying elsewhere, and most importantly, not put your safety at risk by driving an unreliable vehicle.

    We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your experience, but we do want to clarify a few important details. You purchased the vehicle over four months ago, and at the time of sale, there were no faults present. The car passed a full health check and had a new turbo fitted prior, which remains under warranty. As part of our standard process, our aftersales team also contacted you within the first week to ensure everything was satisfactory, and you confirmed you were happy with the vehicle at that time. We have since requested a copy of the engineer’s report you mentioned in order to investigate further, but this has not yet been provided. And as you had discount taken and opted out for warranty at the time of sale but we have offered you 50% contribution towards the work needed but we haven’t had no report from yourself. We’re more than happy to review any documentation you send and continue the conversation constructively. Our aim is always to deal with customers fairly and transparently, and we encourage open communication if any concerns arise.
