    I bought a Vauxhall Insignia from Digbeth Car Sales. I couldn't be happier with both the Car and the service that was provided to me. Sabs was very helpful, as was his employee. They really do want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and follow up after, in case you have had any problems. It gave me peace of mind. Next time I buy a vehicle I will be going back as I know I can trust him and the vehicles he provides. It takes the worry out of buying a vehicle. I sold cars myself for a long time so it's good to know I have found somewhere that is trustworthy and that makes sure after you have taken the vehicle they are every bit interested in making sure you have no problems going forward with the car.     Everything explained to me precisely and to the point. Sabs was welcoming, straight to the point and made me feel at ease when talking about the car.     Doesn't even deserve 1 star. 100% honest review from a recent customer. Picked up an astra gtc 1.4 earlier this month, financing company contacted them a week prior to me arriving so they had plenty of time to sort the vehicle out but when I arrived the car was filthy inside and out, some body damages weren't even listed on the description or photos. Straight disappointment as I travelled over 200miles. On the drive back the steering wheel was shaking, vibrating due to the wheels being unaligned and unbalanced, rear brake caliper was binding onto the disc so it was dangerously unsafe to drive, oil leaks from the head gasket & oil pressure switch, engine bay was smoking too gearbox is faulty, sometimes doesn't go in and makes noises when shifting. Car has been in and out of garages if not waiting to go in since I picked it up spending over £400 - £500 labour costs and still waiting to go in for work. Even when I addressed digbeth motor sales how faulty the car was and showed them clear paperwork proof they would not help and said the car was health checked before hand which it clearly wasn't. Avoid this dealership at all costs, they don't care about the safety of the clients only to make a sale

    Hi Meran, thanks for taking time to leave us review. First of all we would like to apologise that you feel that way however, we certainly don’t agree on few things you have mentioned. The day you came to collect the vehicle we did tell you vehicle is not ready for collection as it went for smart repair and final health check but you insisted “you’re not bothered as you need it urgently for work”, hence it wasn’t washed from outside please bare that in mind we were only told on weekend by your finance company and you came to collect it on Monday morning and vehicle did pass health check from Vauxhall main dealer so it was road worthy and safe to drive. On top of that on the day of collection we also offered you to rearrange a date so give us enough time to have the vehicle ready and offered to pay you for fuel and train ticket and compensate you for your time and effort you made to travel over 200 miles away, again you rejected and wanted the car and decided to take it. As our company policy we gave you courtesy call after 5 days and you never mentioned about drive or problems and you were happy with the car and it drove fine with no issues. After a month you had a problem with oil switch which is electrical and can fail at any time, however you were paid for that via bank transfer to have it fixed from your local garage and all the rest of the funds you spent on the car. If the car was faulty at the time of sale obviously you won’t go ahead with the purchase and faults would occur straight away not after you covering 2000 miles and after weeks. You were paid for all the work you done on the car and we also extended your warranty on the car with no cost to yourself. Please note this vehicle was 12 years old and had few age related marks and we had more than 50 pictures on the website to address our viewers and it was reflected in the price. So again we apologise if you felt that way but we like to be fair and treat everyone equally. Had to given us enough notice we would have made sure car was clean and you were happy.     bought a car with 14-day guarantee. White smoke coming out the back after 2 days, local mechanics unable to locate problem, even Mazda mechanics, but Digbeth Motors were brilliant, took the car back and refunded money with no hesitation even though the guarantee had expired. Highly recommended!

    without doubt the worst customer experience i have had. If my experience is anything to go off i would avoid at all costs. agreed sale of my car to purchase a car from dms (Zack). was told to call on day to see if still for sale and if so come and get it (weird). i asked if i could pay a deposit to secure the car rather than having to wait until the day. no reply. i ask again. says office is now closed but will contact me tomorrow. following day nobody contacts me so i have to text again (they never answer phones) as nobody has bothered to get back to me. says office is also closed today (haha) will contact me tomorrow (having said the same the day before) but he now thinks someone has made a deposit on car??? (how if office has been closed all week and why have you let them when i'd already asked if i could pay a deposit at the start of the week). i ask how thats happened and got v short reply hours later (as is standard with this business), "someone emailed and paid deposit. thanks" If thats the level of service you get presale then i dread to think what you get after sale. I dont think its much to ask to just return a call or text as promised. just a really rubbish way to treat people. given 1 star as doesnt let me give 0 star.

Our customer service is our pride and we make sure each and every customer is treated fairly and to the best of our ability. You enquired about the car last Monday and Zack sent you video straight swap and you also had part exchange which your friend who’s in sale had priced it up for £8100 and we had offered you £7500, which you then tried to negotiate and you initially made your mind up by Wednesday but in between vehicle was sold as we took deposit on it. So I’m sorry if you’ve felt this way but if someone have purchased it before you it’s not our fault as each customer should be treated fairly.     Really patient buyer, gave me time to sort things out for the sale of my car and wasn’t pushy or pressured into rushing. Soon as I was ready they came and appraised my car, couple of issues, and gave me a fair price and quick payment. Would definitely recommend if you want to sell your car quickly and for a fair price.
