Really happy with my experience of Digbeth Motor Sales and the help from Zak and Sabs. Really genuine and honest gents. It's far to easy to describe a salesman as "nice". Very helpful all the way through the experience of buying my new car; from initial communication, viewing, test driving, and making payment. No used car will ever be factory perfect. Any imperfections was straight to the point and honest. Even after purchasing, no issue was a problem. Really happy with a full MOT, evidence of a new service, and new brake pads without asking. Absolutely in love with my new Fiesta ST so very thankful for the experience with getting the new car especially, coming from almost 100 miles away being bit of a gamble. Would definitely recommend these chaps and the business. The building may not be your super fabulous forecourt but don't let that determine your opinion 🙂
